1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, website, and talent matching platforms provided by BlueRock Talent Group ("BlueRock"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are contracting on behalf of an enterprise entity, you confirm that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Talent Deployment & Engagement
BlueRock deploys vetted engineering pods, fractional architects, and individual contributors under Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). All project scope benchmarks, billable rates, and operational SLA targets are defined in your specific engagement SOW.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Guarantee
All source code, proprietary algorithms, architectures, models, and artifacts developed by BlueRock talent for your company are your exclusive property upon payment of associated invoices.
4. Two-Week Trial & Replacement Policy
All newly deployed engineering squads and individual specialists include a 14-day risk-free assessment period. If a deployed candidate fails to satisfy your technical or cultural criteria during this period, you may request an immediate candidate replacement without penalty.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
Both parties commit to protecting proprietary trade secrets, codebase repositories, and architectural specifications under strict NDA terms. Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage deployed BlueRock talent outside our platform during the active engagement and for 12 months following termination, unless an enterprise conversion fee is agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
BlueRock provides architectural advisory and technical staffing in accordance with industry standards. In no event shall BlueRock be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the total fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
